We license business customers to use Guardian News & Media content in print and digital media. And now individuals and businesses can use our remarkable Digital Archive, which will soon contain all copies of the papers from their first issues in 1821 and 1791. It’s the first time in the UK that a national newspaper's print archive is available online.

Guardian Syndication customers across the world include newspapers and magazines, websites, film and broadcasting companies - all using material from our award-winning newspapers and website, the Guardian, the Observer and guardian.co.uk.

Permissions and licences cover one-off or wide-reaching publication rights for individual articles, feature material or photographs. Daily digital newsfeeds of the best news, features and analysis can be delivered direct to your editorial system or by email. Non-commercial web operations can use the free guardian.co.uk headline service.

The Guardian and Observer Digital Archive is free to search online; to download or print material you simply buy a timed access pass. You can see articles as they originally appeared on the page, complete with advertisements and images.
